Now In: Returns Policy
At Chelsea's Room, we strive to make your shopping experience the best we can provide. However, we know you may have occassion where you are not completely satisfied. We offer a 30 day refund or exchange with the following conditions:
1. We accept non-personalized items in their original and unused package with all tags and accessories intact. We will not accept returns that do not meet this criteria.
2. Please contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) number before you return your item. We will not accept a return without a RA number.
3. We will refund the cost of the product. Shipping cost to you will not be refunded (except for damaged or defective product - see below). Shipping cost to return your product is your responsibility. We do not accept COD on returns.
4. Refunds will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase.
5. Gift Registry returns are for store credit only.
6. Refused delivery: you are responsible for any transportation costs associated with a refused delivery.
7. Damaged or defective product; contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or return of your purchase.
