Now In: Returns Policy
At Chelsea's Room, we strive to make your shopping experience the best we can provide. However, we know you may have an occassion where you are not completely satisfied. We offer a 30 day refund or exchange with the following conditions:
1. We accept non-personalized items in their original and unused package with all tags and accessories intact. We will not accept returns that do not meet this criteria.
2. Please contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) number before you return your item. We will not accept a return without a RA number.
3. For damaged or defective product, we will refund or replace your purchase. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or return of your purchase.
4. For product that does not meet your expectations, we will refund the cost of the product. Note that some manufacturers will deduct a restocking fee from your refund. Shipping cost to you will not be refunded (except for damaged or defective product). Shipping cost to return your product is your responsibility. We do not accept COD on returns.
5. Refunds will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Gift Registry returns are for store credit only.
7. Refused delivery: you are responsible for any transportation costs associated with a refused delivery.
8. International Returns – Chelsea's Room is not responsible for the goods shipped internationally through Bongo Int'l after they have received a Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. Any international return would need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International.
-Damaged Goods – damaged goods will be replaced by Chelsea's Room and shipped to the Bongo warehouse. The customer will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo’s service. Chelsea's Room is not responsible for the international transportation of your goods. Any complaints regarding Bongo int'l should be directed to their customer service.
